I have been a customer for years. Donnie and his family run a great business, they get me the beat rates on my auto insurance. When I buy my new house I’ll be looking to get homeowners insurance through them as well! I also love the text notices reminding me that my renewal is coming up!

I’ve only had insurance through the Superior Insurance family. They’ve been great about reminding me when payments are due and explaining the ins and outs of the insurance world. I’ve never had an issue with them; they’ve all been professional, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I even dole their pens out to my fellow students at WCU who are from Gastonia. Definitely recommend to others.
