I have been associated with Beard Insurance for over five years. Each professional insurance consultant is always helpful and provides the needed resources. There is one Insurance Consultant that I often spoke with that is always friendly, takes time with completing all of my transactions, and helps me to decide my best insurance needs. That is Sue. Whenever I ask for her, sue will often make sure that she is the one to call me back, or not have me on hold for along time, and will copy any transactions per my request with an email. I first met Sue when arriving from another state, and needed the requirements for transferring car insurance, and explaining what is property tax. I am now living in a different part of the NC. My husband and I have been with Beard since 2013 for auto insurance. We have had great service, very professional but not “stuffy”. We had a situation for a few years where there we three clients that had the same name as my husband. Beard was very thorough to make sure they were serving the right client.
